Shipping Policy

  • Shipping in the U.S. only.
  • Most orders ship via FedEx Ground.  However, we reserve the right to determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are – USPS (U.S. Postal Service), DHL, UPS or FedEx.   If your order requires a specific carrier, please include your request in the comment section during checkout or email us at Support@tntcampingequipment.com.  Please note: Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • The average order processing time is 1-2 business days to ship out & post tracking number(s).
  • Hawaii & Alaska residence - if you would like to contact us to make special arrangements, call Customer Service @ (209) 484-8542 or email us at Support@tntcampingequipment.com.  There may be a delay in shipping and may result in additional shipping fees. 
  • Delivery time is estimated at 3-7 business days.
  • Customer Service & Shipping Department are closed on the following holidays:

    • 4th of July

Return Policy

TNT Marketing & Sales values every customer and handles returns on an individual basis.  Please note: In order to offer you the lowest prices, TNT Camping Equipment must stand by the terms defined in this policy with no exceptions.  Please read our terms carefully.  Within these terms, TNT Camping Equipment is committed to customer satisfaction. 

TNT Camping Equipment holds to the strictest standards of quality control and all of our products include manufacture’s warranty. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive.

Customers wishing to return merchandise must first contact TNT Marketing & Sales and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date.  No packages will be accepted without a "Return Authorization Number" attached to the box.  Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

Return Condition & Restocking Fees

  • Defective upon Shipment – Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of our invoice date.  Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at our expense.  Advance replacements are available, but must be paid for at the time replacement ships. 

Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item (excluding the handling fee). Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Allow 10-14 business days for processing returns.  TNT Marketing & Sales DOES NOT HANDLE REPAIRS. 

  • Refused Delivery - Credit for cost of item(s) minus 20% or $10 restocking fee*
  • Accepted Delivery (Unopened) - Credit for cost of item(s) minus 20% or $10 restocking fee* (Product MUST be returned in unopened & re-sellable condition.  No exceptions)·   
  • Accepted Delivery (Opened) – Credit for cost of item(s) minus 20% -100% restocking fee* (Product will be inspected.) 
  • Damaged, missing parts &/or missing materials - Non-Returnable  (If item is returned in “damaged” condition, a 100% restocking fee* will be incurred – NO credit will be issued).

*Please note: TNT Marketing & Sales reserves the right to evaluate product return condition and assess restocking fees at our discretion. 

All returns must be returned prepaid shipping.  TNT Marketing & Sales is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.  Please consider tracking numbers and insurance on returned merchandise.

Damaged in Shipping

If your product is damaged in shipping, please notifying the carrier.  If concealed damage is discovered after the driver has left, please contact carrier to return and inspect damage.  All packaging and materials must be provided for inspection.  After you have notified the carrier, please notify TNT Marketing & Sales.  We will work with you to file a claim.  Once the carrier has approved the claim, we will issue a replacement or credit for item(s) and original shipping cost of the item(s), excluding the handling fee.  Please note: We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.  All shipments are insured for your protections. 

Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, please email us at Support@tntcampingequipment.com.  Please provide the date of your order and the last six digits of the order number.  Orders may be cancelled without a restocking fee, until the item has been scheduled for shipping and the shipping label has been printed.  A 10% restocking fee & handling fee will be assessed on all orders that have been processed through shipping, but have not been picked up by the carrier.  Items cancelled after carrier has picked up shipment, will be assessed a 20% restocking fee & handling fee.  All cancellations must be sent via email and a confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you after your credit card has been credited. 

Backorders

Our backorder policy has recently changed (effective 11/24/06).  As an added security to our customers, we will no longer process manual credit card transactions without the CVV2/CVC2 number from the backside of your card.  This number acts as a replacement for your signature and our system does not and will not store this very important number. 

Because of this change, we will no longer "automatically" void credit card authorizations for any order placed online.  If the backorder status or ETA does not meet your needs, please email us at Support@tntcampingequipment.com and request a cancellation.  Please provide the order date and last 6 digits of your order number.  Cancellation must be submitted via email and a confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you after your credit card has been credited.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.  However, the benefit is you will not and cannot be charged for any amount other than the amount you have authorized.  Shipping fees are as stated, regardless if an item is oversized or higher than we expect.

All orders with "out of stock" items will automatically be placed on backorder.  We do not ship partial shipments unless you have authorized additional shipping fees and provided CVV2/CVC2 number or we have elected to cover the additional costs.  On occasion, items will not be combined due to shape, size or weight.  These items will be released for shipping.  Backorders can take up to 2-6 weeks to process (Usually not more than 2-3 weeks).  If we have an “Estimated Time of Arrival” this information will be provided on your order tracking page.  If you have any questions or need more information regarding your order, please email us at Support@tntcampingequipment.com.
