We understand that backorders can be frustrating and disappointing.  We strive to have the most current inventory levels available.  However, occasionally due to product popularity, a backorder may occur.  It is important to us to meet your needs!  If your order cannot be shipped within 5-6 business days, your order will be place on hold until all items are available for shipping.  Depending upon the number of items, your options may vary.  If we have an estimated time of arrival (E.T.A.), we will provide that date.  All orders containing  "Out of Stock" product(s) will be placed on hold until all items are available for shipping.  If you have any questions, please contact us at Support@tntcampingequipment.com.  

If a backorder should occur, you have the following options: 

1. Ship In-stock item(s).   Backordered item(s) will ship, when restocked.  (Applicable shipping & handling fees will apply to each shipment.)
2. Ship in-stock item(s).  Cancel backorder items.  (Only applicable shipping will be charged.)
3. Ship complete order, when all item(s) are in-stock.
4. Cancel the order.
